Ordered jewellery that looked nothing like the pictures

I ordered several items from the store. When they arrived all items were not only not as pictured, they were of atrocious quality, I am not exaggerating when I say as if it was from a 'crackerjack box'. Two of the items were COMPLETELY the wrong item.

I tried for several months to get the items returned and a refund, but they only offered a partial refund before stopping responding altogether. It is appalling the appeal they are making to the public and the BLATANT lies and misrepresentation. Their website is adelinejewellery.com and they’re based in Toronto, ON. I lost about $116.

Ordered jewelry from a Toronto shop but it's shipping from China

I saw this website adelinejewellery.com. The person running it says she's a mother in Toronto making handmade jewelry and is closing her business to be a full-time mom. I placed an order and paid $67.92.

I got a shipping notice, and when I tracked it, it showed the package was coming from China. That didn't make any sense since she claims everything is made in her Toronto shop. I emailed [email protected] to ask about it.

I was told it was a courier system malfunction and that while some supplies come from China, the jewelry is still made in Toronto. It's been two weeks now, and every single shipping update still shows it's coming from an international location. Nothing adds up.
