Ordered jewelry from a closing sale, never got it and can't get a refund

I saw Adeline Jewlery advertising a closing out sale on Facebook. It said it was shipping from Toronto, and that a mom and her daughter started the company but were closing it. I ordered some earrings and a ring and paid with my credit card.

I got a confirmation email and then a shipping email. But after 9 days, my tracking number just said the package was "in exception" with no contact info. I've emailed the business four times now demanding a refund and got nothing back.

When I looked into it more, I found this "company" has a bunch of different addresses, from Toronto to the United Kingdom, and they don't offer any phone number at all. I'm out almost $68.
