Charged $130 after the assessment with no way to cancel

I had the original assessment done with them and then a month later, even though I didn’t have any services, I was charged $130. I looked everywhere to find where I could reach out or remove my information and I couldn’t find anything.

I emailed them at [email protected] and told them I was flagging it as fraudulent if they didn’t reverse the charges. Still waiting to hear back.
