Recruiter said my resume needed to be ATS compliant
She followed up later asking about my progress with that service and said once my updated resume was ready she would resubmit me to the client for the next stage. Something felt off so I looked into the recruiter and the company. I found multiple reports from other job seekers describing the exact same pattern and naming Dania Caldwell and Admiral Talent.
I never bought the resume service and I stopped responding. Her email was [email protected].
Email from Admiral Talent asking for resume money
They said they’d review my resume then ask for money to fix it so it can be read by some ATS system. I didn't even reply to the person who sent it, Dania Caldwell. I have a copy of the email saved.
