Email from a recruiter named Dania Caldwell about a job that felt real

I got an email from someone named Dania Caldwell. She said she was a recruiter and sounded totally normal and natural. We went back and forth a few times through email.

Then she asked me to put my resume into ATS format using some service she recommended. That’s when it clicked for me that this was a scam. I stopped replying after that.

The job she was offering paid good money, but not like crazy high. Everything about it felt realistic. There were none of the usual red flags you hear about. Just felt like a real job opportunity until that resume thing.
