Got a text about my compensation being changed but I don't even use ADP

I got a text from 25014 saying "ADP Notifications: Great News! Your employment compensation has been modified. Please confirm your updated benefits package: https://adpsms.io/XKcXSV [test]". My company doesn't use ADP at all so there's no way my compensation was changed in ADP. I knew it was fake so I didn't click the link or reply back. I don't know if anything else of mine got taken besides my phone number. The scammer's address is in NJ, USA. I didn't lose any money but it still felt off getting that.
