Half baked loan site with broken links and no certificate

Got a text from this number (786) 971-0526 about a personal loan. The website they sent me to was https://www.google.com/url and it looked like nothing worked. None of the links on the site actually go anywhere. The whole thing is half baked. Also the site doesn’t even have a valid web cert. Felt off right away. Didn’t lose any money but still a waste of time.
