Phone call saying I was approved for a loan but had to pay insurance first

Someone called me from this number (913) 624-3529 and said I was approved for a loan. They told me I had to pay an insurance fee of 198.00 and send it through Cash App. I didn't send any money.

They have a website at https://advancesloanusa.com/ and an address at 7634 State Ave, Kansas City, KS 66112. I didn't lose any money but it just felt strange. I wanted to report it so nobody else falls for it.
