Ordered a purse online and got billed by a company I never heard of

I ordered a purse online and paid with my Discover card. Never got the product I ordered. Instead I got billed 119.98 to some company called advantgarde service in California. I have never been there or done business with them.

Discover would not believe me because I could not prove anything. So I am out the money and have nothing to show for it. Just a charge on my card for something I did not order.
