Bought a portable wifi from a YouTube ad and it just does not work

I saw an ad on Y Tube and scanned the code and bought a portable WIFI from their online ad. Paid through my Paypal account. When I tried to use the thing it just does not work at all.

Also I bought a neo sucket from the same merchant on Y Tube that was supposed to save fuel if you put it in the cigarette lighter. That was not true either. I learned it does not really work. When I used it did not save any fuel.

Lost about 48 dollars total. Their website is ADVERTISE @ YTUBE and the address they gave is 5031, Philadelphia, PA 19143.
