Email about a class action suit for timeshare recovery

I got an email from Advocate Solution Group saying they could help me get back money from a time share sales scam I was involved in last October. They said I could recover punitive damages way more than what I lost, but I had to pay almost $10,000 up front to join this class action suit.

The lawyer who emailed me claimed to be in the Texas Bar Association, but the info he gave didn't match what the Texas Bar Association has. Plus his email came from Mexico. It just didn't feel right. I didn't send them any money.
