Got a text about a work from home job assembling hair clips

I got a text about a job assembling hair clips from home. They said I'd get paid $1.00 for each one. They were going to send me a package of 800 clips and then pay me $800 when I finished.

Then they switched it up and said I had to do tasks to earn commissions instead. On the fourth task they asked me for $27. They did pay me $10 in Bitcoin at one point. I have screenshots of a lot of the transactions.

Now I can't find any way to cancel my account on their website. It just doesn't have an option for it anywhere. The whole thing feels off.
