Charged for an item I never got and no one will talk to me
I ordered something online and paid through Affirm for it. The total was $232.05. The item never showed up.
Now I am stuck with the charge and Affirm won't respond to me. I tried reaching out but nobody answers. I just want my money back for something I never received. The seller is probably a scammer from Toronto, Canada but I don't know who they really were.
Affirm should not have let this happen. They took my payment and now they are ignoring me.

Online purchase problem they won't fix and expect me to pay
I used their website affirm.com and they just refuse to fix their problem. They expect me to do math for them and accept any wrong doing at all. I lost 180.79 dollars because of this. They are in CA, USA and just wont take responsibility. It was an online purchase that went bad and now they want me to pay for their mistake. No one will help or admit anything is wrong.
