Phone call claiming to be Affordable Care Act asking for my name

I got a call from this number 601.915.2120 and the person said they were from the Affordable Care Act. They asked was my name and I said yes and they said this is the Affordable Care Act. I hunged up right away. Didnt feel right at all. No company name really just someone pretending. They also had an email [email protected] which seems weird for a real program.
