Company charged my medical benefits and never helped my kids

This company has been charging my state medical benefits using a parent company. There’s an investigation going on right now. They caused me to lose my benefits multiple times in a little over a year.

Not only were they charging my medical benefits but they were charging my children’s state benefits too. They have never worked with my children at all. They also violated my HIPAA laws by putting my personal medical information in a mass email. They defamed my character with some of the stuff in there too. I have the email if an investigator wants it I can send it directly.
