They took over $100 from my account months after I cancelled

I ordered the afro scrub product back on June 15th, 2025. I cancelled the subscription the same day I bought it. Then out of nowhere, in February 2026, they took $29.99. The very next day, February 13th, they got into my account and took three more payments of $29.99. That's $119.96 total.

I never authorized any of these charges. I've been sending emails every single day asking for my money back. I haven't gotten a single response. It's like they just helped themselves to my account months after I cancelled.
