Paid nearly 30k for a Telehandler and never heard back from Jordi Matta

I was trying to buy a Telehandler and this person named Jordi Matta texted me. He sent me all the info I asked for through text and email, saying he was the seller from Ag-rows. So we made the deal and I sent the money through my bank to his bank under the name Z S Classics LLC.

That was 29,980 dollars. Now he never answers the phone. No telehandler showed up and no help from his bank at all. The address he gave is 321 Hwy 27 in Burley, ID and his email is [email protected]. I have no idea what to do now.
