Got a text saying I won money from Powerball winners

I got this text message out of nowhere. It says, "Hi, Congratulations to you! This is Julia Gomez and Fernando Cervantes Jr. We are the recent Powerball winners in Kentucky." It goes on about how they won $167.3 million and are sharing it, and I'm selected to get $1,000,000.

They told me to text my full name and some winnings code, URP402, to an Agent Derrick Waller at +1 (585) 290-3228 for information on how to get the money. The whole thing felt off. I never signed up for anything. I looked up the number they gave, (217) 606-9786, and it's listed as a scammer's phone from Kentucky. I didn't lose any money, but it's just a weird, unwanted message.
