Booked a hotel room that didn't match the pictures, no refund given
A guest of mine used Agoda to book a hotel room. The picture of the room doesn't match the room type that was actually booked. My guest tried to cancel right away but didn't get a dollar back. They have false information listed on their site. They also try to hurry you to lock in a price before you can even do any research. I downloaded the app to try and find out what the problem was. It says they're from Singapore. Please watch out and don't use this service.
