Ordered food product online, payment went through but never got anything

I was trying to find Earth Balance sticks because my local stores stopped carrying them. I searched online and this AI Foods Corporation website came up. It said it was a food company selling to businesses and consumers. They had the product, so I placed an order.

I got a confirmation email saying the payment went through PayPal. It said the charge on my bank would show from some name, THÁI QUANG VINH, and it did. The money came out. But I never got the product. Nothing ever showed up.

The website looked very real, but I'm sure now it was just a scam. I lost over twenty-two dollars.
