Signed up once but they keep charging my card without asking

I signed up for what was supposed to be a one time purchase on their website https://aiprofessionalsuniversity.com/contact-us/ and they automatically put me into some subscription I never agreed to. They started taking money from my credit card right after I signed up. I contacted them and they said they would cancel my membership and give me a refund, but I never got any refund and they are still charging my card.

I did some looking around and found out I am not the only one this happened to. Lots of other people had the same thing where they sign up for one thing but get put into a subscription and keep getting charged. They also tried contacting the company but same thing keeps happening. I already told my credit card company and they filed a claim. They took $685.79 from me so far. Their address is 5036 Dr Phillips Blvd Unit #5224 Orlando, FL 32819.
