Charged me over $26 without permission, no reply to emails or calls

I got a receipt for $26.70 from AI-PRO.org. It was for some online purchase I never made. They just took the money out. There's another charge too, for $2.85, that they automatically deducted. I didn't authorize any of this.

I tried to contact them. I emailed the support address and I tried calling the phone number. They don't reply to anything. The website is ai-pro.org and they list an address in Hillsborough, New Jersey. But there's no way to get a hold of anyone to fix this or get my money back.
