Ordered one cheap plastic lizard, got charged for two and no refund

I bought the Electronic Lizard with LED Glowing Eyes from Ailsion on 12/1/25. I only ordered one but they sent me two and charged me $48.97 for each one. The plastic on these things is so cheap you could snap it with your fingers.

I sent both items back on 12/30/25. I included a letter about the overcharge and asked for a full refund. They don't have a phone number, so I've been emailing them.

I've sent numerous emails but they won't acknowledge me or resolve this. They won't refund me for the lizards or for overcharging me. I'm out over $280.
