Ordered seven laundry baskets but got pictures instead
What I got was a picture of a basket on each basket. Not an actual quilted basket. It was just a flat photograph stuck on there. The website showed a relief quilted basket, not that. I also saw the same thing on denalar.com, thesungift.com, and MORAELIHLIFEMALL.COM.
I emailed Aiorrax at [email protected] and told them I wanted a refund or I would report them here for false advertising. It has been about four weeks now and I have not heard anything back.

I asked for a full refund right away. They made me send photos of the items first. Then they said I could donate them and get a 15% off coupon for next time. Plus they wanted me to pay all shipping back to Hong Kong and a 5% restocking fee. They still haven’t given me a return address.
I think I’m out $80 and really unhappy. The website shows these beautifully quilted baskets but it’s the complete opposite. Nothing is quilted. It feels like a total scam.
