Ordered quilted laundry baskets but got cheap canvas ones instead
I ordered some quilted laundry baskets from their website aiorrax.com, they looked really nice in the pictures. What I got was cheap canvas ones, not even close to what was shown. I reached out to customer service and they told me I ordered these ones, which I know I didn't.
They said I could return them but they'd charge me $20.00 for it. No other options were given to just get the right product or anything. So now I'm stuck with these baskets I didn't want and I'm out $222.22.

Bought quilted baskets online but got printed fabric instead
I saw an ad for those quilted laundry/storage baskets online and it clearly showed the quilting on the material. So I ordered three baskets and a tote bag. When they finally showed up over a month later, all of them had images of quilted fabric printed on them. No actual stitching except for what held the lining to the outside.
I contacted them through the email [email protected] to ask for a return and refund because the ad was misleading. They told me the ad said there could be discrepancies between the product images and what I got. They refused to take them back and only offered me 15% off a future purchase. That's just false advertising.

Ordered quilted cloth laundry bags but got cheap vinyl from China
I ordered 2 quilted cloth laundry bags from their website Aiorrax.com. The site said they were quilted material and made in USA. That’s why I bought them.
What I got was not cloth at all. They are vinyl or plastic with the design stamped on them. And they are made in China. Total waste.
I asked for a full refund within a few days of getting them. Their website claims they offer a full refund. But they told me I could return them after a restocking fee. I said that’s not right. Then they offered me 20% back and I could keep the bags. I told them again I want my full refund and I will send the items back. Still waiting. Lost $62.98.

Quilted basket I ordered looked nothing like the ad
I ordered what I thought was a really nice quilted laundry basket from Aiorrax.com. The pictures online showed something beautiful and well made.
What showed up was a cheaply printed thing that didn’t look anything close to what they advertised. I emailed back and forth with someone named Emily at Pristime a few times. The emails said they were delivered by Zendesk.
I paid $52.98 and got basically nothing. They just kept sending the same replies.

Ordered a quilted basket but got something totally different
I ordered a quilted laundry basket from Aiorrax.com. The ad showed it all beautifully quilted looking really nice. What showed up was not quilted at all and just really cheaply made.
They said return was guaranteed no questions asked. So I emailed them at [email protected] saying I was not happy and wanted a refund. But they only offered me 25% back. That’s not a guarantee.
My biggest thing is the item they sent was clearly not what they advertised. It’s like they show one thing and send something completely different. I lost $52.98 on this.

Ordered from a website that took my money and stopped replying
I ordered from aiorrax.com thinking it was a real site. After I paid $71.98 I waited and waited and when I asked about the delivery date I got this automated email back saying "We apologize for the wait. We have received your payment and are currently processing your order. Due to the high demand for your item, we currently have many other orders to process. We will arrange shipment as soon as possible, and we hope you can be patient."
That was the last I heard from them. I emailed [email protected] a few more times after that and got nothing. No tracking number, no real person replying. Just that same automated message again. The website is still up but nobody answers. I feel like it was a fake store all along.
