Ordered a hair tool that doesn't work and they won't give my money back
The product arrived and it just doesn't work. At all. It's also really loud, way louder than it should be, and it smells like something is burning when you try to use it. It's nothing like they said it was. They completely misrepresented how it works.
I've sent them multiple emails and even videos showing the problems. I've asked to return it and get my money back, over $130. They are refusing. They won't take the product back and they won't refund me.
