Booked cheap flights online and got no refund after cancellation

I used Google to search for cheap flights and their website came up. So I booked flights for June. Then 24 hours before the flight I found out it was canceled. I only knew because I had to email them and check the flight information, which they said would be available a week before.

Nicole told me once the flights were canceled I’d get a refund in 7 to 14 business days. I called back about two weeks later and they said it would be processed in 7 to 30 days instead. I’ve sent 5 to 10 emails daily and called a few times leaving voicemails. No answers at all.
