Got scammed for $5500 on supposed wheelchair flights for my parents

I got a message about booking wheelchair enabled flights for my parents. I was told that's what I was doing. The contact was a phone call from (800) 818-0846 and emails from [email protected]. It was for a travel thing.

They took $5500 from me. The whole thing was a scam. I never got any flights booked, nothing. I'm in the United States. I just wanted to help my parents travel and now the money is gone.
