Website selling parking spots in a lot they don't own near JFK

I work for a business with a private employee parking lot near JFK airport. There is a scam parking listing website selling spots in our lot online fraudulently. We have stopped numerous people from trying to park there illegally but some have parked overnight when we weren't here and we had to tow their cars.

Last time I came across someone who got scammed for parking in our lot I asked to take a picture of the website they used. It led to a site called AirportLAX.com. They are selling rental spaces for lots they have no ownership or control over. One of them is our building's employee parking lot.

I have attached a picture of the confirmation email this person got from that website.
