Ordered a pillow and never got it, now they won't answer my emails

I bought a pillow and a pillow case from Airway Pro Pillow back on January 8th. It cost me $64.47 on my credit card.

I never received anything. I emailed them about it maybe eight times. They kept telling me UPS was backed up and that it was on the way. I asked for my money back several times, and they said it would be put back on my card within three days.

That was over three weeks ago. Now they just won't answer my emails at all.
