Ordered a pillow from AirwayTechnology.com, never got it and only a partial refund.

I ordered an 'Airway Pro Pillow' from AirwayTechnology.com back on December 24th, 2025. My credit card was charged $68.98. I contacted them on January 6th to ask about a shipping date. They got back to me on the 9th saying USPS had major delays.

I contacted them again on January 18th and asked for a refund. On January 24th I got a refund of only $10.35, and they promised expedited shipping. It's now April 3rd, 2026. I never got the pillow. I never got the rest of my money back. I'm out $58.63. They don't even reply to emails anymore.

Ordered from AirwayTechnology.com in December, never got my item

I placed an order online with AirwayTechnology.com back in December. I paid $68 for it. I never received the product.

I’ve emailed them at [email protected] multiple times since then. Each time they just told me it was delayed. But it still hasn’t arrived, not a single update.

My money is gone and I have nothing to show for it.
