Pillow patch product doesn't match what reviews show

I ordered this Akemi Slim Patch thing after reading reviews online. The product finally came and it doesn't look anything like what people said it would. The box says to put it on your belly button at night but the reviews all say you wear it during the day on your skin anywhere.

Also they went and signed me up for some 3 month renewal plan without me asking for that. I didn't agree to any of that. I just wanted to try the one thing. I just want to know if the Akemi slim patch for belly fat loss is as advertised. I saw it online and it sounded good but I'm not sure if it's real or not. I didn't lose any money yet because I didn't buy it.
