Ordered a gaming console online and never received anything

I bought a personal gaming console from AkumaBox.com. The total came to $219.80. My money was taken but the item never shipped.

Every time I tried to contact them, I got the same generic reply. They used the email [email protected]. The responses never actually answered my questions. They just kept saying the order would ship in 3-5 business days and that orders were delayed due to high volume.

It’s been way longer than that. I never got a tracking number or any real update. I just got charged and then nothing.
