Ordered a tool set online and never got it, tracking number doesn't work

I ordered a tool set from m.alessentials.com back on April 5th. It was $175. I tried to get in touch about my order and sent three messages asking for a call back or some information on the product.

The site shows it was delivered, but when I check the tracking number with USPS, they say it's not even a trackable number. The number is JSEDI0221725813YQ. Nothing ever showed up. I just want my money back or the tools I paid for.
