Two charges I did not make showed up on my bank account
I noticed 2 charges on my account that were not authorized by me. So I contacted my bank about them and tried to reach Albert directly but they just redirected me to an email address.
I went to the Play Store to look up the company and basically all the reviews say the same thing. They open accounts without your permission and take money even if you do not have the app installed. And it is impossible to cancel the subscription so you have to do a stop payment through your bank. Horrible practices.

Locked out of my account and now they want my ID and selfie
I used this app to save and borrow money. Now I can't log into my account. Support staff is asking for a picture of my ID and a selfie to authenticate. The agent told me I've been locked out since December per their records but I've used it recently. That seemed very suspicious. They want me to send $90 to get access again. I already gave them money and now this. Feels off.
