Ordered a leather jacket from Alden York and got nothing

I placed an order on 9/22/26 with Alden York for a Women's Full-Grain Leather Belted Jacket, the Savona style. Order number was ******. I paid $90.97 for it.

I never received the jacket. I've tried reaching out to them about a refund or getting my money back and nobody responds. Their website is aldenyork.co and the email is [email protected]. I just want my money back since I never got what I paid for.

Shoes from Alden York are not what they showed online

I ordered a pair of shoes from this website aldenyork.co on July 23. The site looks legit and the products look nice, so I went ahead and bought them. Total came to about $62.

Three weeks later they showed up in a plastic bag, just stuffed in my mailbox. The shoes were supposed to be leather. They are not leather at all. The bottoms are this hollow plastic and they are a whole size too small. I tried to contact them for a refund. No response. Tried again. Nothing. Third time, still nothing.

The package came from China, but the website makes it seem like a U.S. company. This place is a scam. They should not be in business. Don't buy from them.

Junk jackets from aldenyork.co not like the pictures

I ordered two jackets from their site aldenyork.co. The pictures looked fine, nice jackets. What showed up was junk. Both of them are made out of plastic basically. Cheap and nasty material, nothing like what they show online. I paid $147 for this. Do not buy from this junk shop.
