Law firm stopped answering after taking our money for VAWA case

My husband and I hired Alexandra Lozano’s law firm to help us with our legal status through VAWA. We paid them $12,700. Everything seemed fine at first but then her business buffet went out of business about a week ago. Now the law firm isn’t taking our phone calls. We don’t know if they are going to reimburse us or not. I tried calling the number (877) 773-7647 and nobody picks up. Their website is Case Status and their address is 6720 Fort Dent Way Suite 230 in Seattle WA. I also emailed [email protected] but no reply. It just feels wrong.
