Paid $4000 for an Umrah package and the company stopped responding

I had a really bad experience with Alhajaz Travels. I paid $4000 for an Umrah package and they sent me an invoice and promised the services. But after they got my money, they just stopped completely. No replies to emails, no calls back, nothing. They never returned my money either.

They act like a religious travel agency but it feels like they used religion to get trust and then didn't do anything they said they would. It's really disappointing. They wanted all the money through Zelle, made promises, then changed my hotel and gave me fake hotel vouchers. Now they won't give the money back. The person Saqib Khan is a scammer and a fraud.

Umrah is a sacred thing and it's wrong to exploit people financially in the name of faith. I'm sharing this so other people don't become victims.
