Returned a dress and necklace but no refund or exchange
They don't have a phone number. Only email, Facebook message, and Instagram. A Yan and Fatia just said they were going to look into it. That was two weeks ago and nothing. The weird thing is the return wasn't sent back to the Carson, CA address where it came from. It went to Salt Lake City, UT. And now the return label shows up under a different name, Aliavalabel.
I gave them my invoice when I bought it. But when I returned it they never gave me a receipt. No dress in a different size and no money back. I logged into the website and my account was just gone. Also it seems like every time you pay to shop on that site it's a scam or they take your card number and start using it. I lost $240.48.
