Ordered dresses from TikTok ad and tracking showed delivered but nothing came

I seen an ad on TikTok for some dresses so I clicked it and made an order for an 8 pack of dresses. This was May 15th of this year. I waited for awhile then emailed them at [email protected] to check the status and they assured me it was on its way and sent me what I thought was real tracking.

It updated every few days then a few days ago they all of a sudden updated it to delivered. I have a Blink doorbell and someone was home all day that day and no package was ever delivered. Matter fact no delivery drivers were ever on my street that day. I lost 27.97 dollars on this.
