Bought something with delivery protection but never got my stuff

I ordered something off the AliExpress website. It said it came with delivery protection, like a 100 percent refund if it didn't get delivered. So I waited a month and never heard anything from the seller about my order.

I reached out to them and they replied right away saying it was being shipped. Then within like 2 days of that I got an email saying it was delivered. But nothing showed up. No product at all. Now they are just delaying on giving me a refund. Its been 2 months since I ordered and I'm out 3400 dollars.

Ordered real hair wigs but got synthetic instead

I bought from a vendor on Aliexpress. I paid for 100% human hair wigs, two of them. What showed up was synthetic junk. That’s not what I ordered at all.

I went to PayPal to try and get help but nothing happened. Still no help. I lost 253 dollars. The vendor’s email was [email protected] and their site is www.aliexpress.com. I just want what I paid for.

Order from AliExpress said delivered but package wasn't at my door

I ordered something from AliExpress. They took a picture saying it was at my door. I went to check and I didn't see anything. They took a picture and then went off with my package. This is the second time this has happened.
