Offered a low price then switched it after I bought

I bought something off AliExpress because the price was really low. A week goes by and I ask about it, they say it’s shipped and give me a tracking number that goes to piggyexp.com. The tracking shows updates but it never shows up on the delivery date.

Then they message me saying they don’t have the product. But since it shows as shipped, they won’t refund me through normal channels. I have to jump through hoops with AliExpress to try and get my money back. I got screenshots of everything.

This is just one of several sellers doing this on AliExpress. It’s only been a few days so I haven’t gotten a refund yet.
