Free course website charged me for a certificate after I finished

I found this website www.alison.com and it said all their courses are free. So I took one of their online courses, did the whole thing. After I finished it said I had to write a review and then pay a fee to get my certificate. That was not free at all. I ended up paying $39.00 for it. Their email is [email protected] and they called me from (973) 320-5006. Just feels like a trick, you know.
