Ordered one bottle of pills for $30 but got charged $330

I ordered one bottle of pills online for $29.99 using my debit card. Right after I placed the order, a stream came across saying we have other products, then it said complete purchase, and then the same stream came across again. They charged me $329.97. I never got an email about the purchase. I checked my account and the money was gone. This was April 30 2026.

May first I called my bank and they started an investigation. They came back and said the merchant told them it was a valid transaction. So now they are taking back the provisional credit they gave me.

I called the company and they refused to send me a return label. They just said keep the stuff or give it away. I have called them a bunch of times and they keep saying once the investigation is done they will take the product back. I have copies of everything from the bank and the investigation.
