Caller said she was from All State but number was for a hospital

Got a call from this number (412) 864-5947. Woman said she was from All State Insurance. But I looked up the number and it’s for UPMC Hospital. So I called her a liar. Told her that number isn’t All State. Then I hung up.

She had a foreign voice. Didn’t sound right at all. I didn’t lose any money but still annoying getting these calls.
