Paid for dissertation help and got nothing but requests for more money

I paid this person $3,330.00 to do dissertation work for me. The money came out of my account, but he never submitted any of the paperwork he was supposed to.

Instead of doing what I paid for, he just started asking for more money. I sent the payment and he won't give it back. I tried contacting through the email [email protected] and the number (980) 722-2627, but nothing helped. The whole thing feels like a scam.
