Debt collector called about a loan I never took out

I got a voice message about a debt for some other person, so I called back to let them know it wasn't mine. The lady who answered said her name was Marshell of Allisen Rabbinek debt collectors. She told me they removed my contact info from that other person's list but then said I actually had a debt with them too.

She claimed back in 2019 I took a $700 cash advance from MyFirst Advanced Financial. Said I made some payments and got letters and calls about it, and now it's grown to $3876.51. But if I settled within 24 hours I could pay just $575 before they report it to credit agencies. She had a lot of my personal info, gave me her ID number, specific dates of mailings. But when I asked for any loan documents she couldn't provide them, just a vague email about the debt that looked kinda real. I made a mistake and gave her my correct email.

I looked into it more and found other people on Ecautious.com with the same kind of story. Good thing I checked.
