Got a fake check in the mail about my mortgage

I got something in the mail that looked like a check. It was from "Allocated Waiver" and it was about my mortgage. The whole thing felt off. It had a phone number on it: (800) 973-9029. I know this is a scam, it's phishing. They're trying to get your information. I didn't lose any money, but I don't like getting this junk. It's worrying to get mail about your mortgage that isn't real.

Got a final notice letter about my property that doesn’t make sense

I got this letter in the mail labeled “Final Notice.” It says it’s time sensitive and ties to my property. It talks about the lender but never actually mentions who the lender is. The whole thing felt off.
It came with something called an “Allocated Waiver” that looks just like a check. But then in fine print it says it’s not a check. I don’t understand what they want or who this is really from. The phone number on it is (800) 413-8902. Nothing about this adds up.
