Ordered butterfly bouquets from Facebook, never got them after months

I was shopping on Facebook and bought some DIY butterfly bouquets from Allowgrant.com. It was supposed to be handmade butterfly flowers and two surprise gift boxes. I placed the order back on November 23rd. It's now February 19th and I still haven't received anything.

I keep emailing their support, and they just say it's on the way. They said they checked the tracking. The tracking showed it left Poland on November 24th, then it was in Memphis on December 21st. That's the same tracking info I already had from [email protected]. I tried reaching out to that shipping email too, but I haven't gotten any reply from them at all.

This whole thing feels like a scam. The website, the shipping company, all of it. I lost over seventy dollars.
