Ordered a jewelry box months ago and still no refund

I ordered a jewelry box from this company and never got it. It’s been months now. I asked them for a refund and they said they are having technical difficulties. That was like 4 months ago I first asked. I keep asking but nothing happens. I lost $150.00.
